1. About Reolix Properties

Reolix Properties provides an online marketplace and tools that connect property seekers, property owners, agents, and related service providers. Listing details, availability, pricing, and property conditions are supplied by third parties; Reolix Properties does not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or enter into binding transactions through the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information or contact details;
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users;
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Platform without written permission;
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Circumvent security, payment, or membership limits.

4. Listings and user content

Users who publish listings, profiles, reviews, messages, or other content (“User Content”) represent that they have the right to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Reolix Properties may review, moderate, edit, reject, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

You grant Reolix Properties a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your User Content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

5. Membership, payments, and promotions

Certain features — including membership plans, listing quotas, wallet top-ups, and paid promotions — may require payment. Fees are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Reolix Properties may change pricing or features with reasonable notice where required by law.

Third-party payment processors handle card and wallet transactions; their terms may also apply.

6. No agency or brokerage relationship

Reolix Properties is a technology platform. Unless explicitly stated in writing, Reolix Properties is not a party to any sale, lease, or agency agreement between users. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making property decisions.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reolix Properties disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reolix Properties and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Reolix Properties in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) USD or local equivalent.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Reolix Properties operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
